There are a range of accommodation options available in Leeds for Scenarios Forum delegates.
Our recommendations are based on commitments to sustainability as well as proximity to the conference venue on the University of Leeds campus.
On campus
Storm Jameson Court is a University of Leeds residence which has been rated as four star campus accommodation by Visit England (2024) and holds a Green Tourism Gold Award. It has also been rated as Access Exceptional by the Visit England National Accessible Scheme.

Off campus
The conference will be hosted on the University of Leeds campus which is a 20 – 30 minute walk or short bus journey from Leeds city centre. There are a range of accommodation offerings close to campus for delegates to choose from.
In an effort to make this conference as sustainable as possible, we have been liaising with hotels in the city within easy reach of campus to understand their sustainability accreditations, policies, and practices.

Double Tree Hilton – Leeds

The Double Tree Hilton sustainability commitments include:
- Switching over 70 products from single-use plastic to recyclable or compostable materials, with a view to increase this further
- 100% of the electricity consumed is sourced from renewable energy
- Most Double Tree Hilton hotels have a combined heat & power (CHP) production unit which reduces emissions by up to 30%
- Conducting rigorous assessments of existing and proposed partners, auditing: modern slavery, Working Time Directive and fair pay, environmental credentials and Disability Discrimination Act compliance
- All existing and proposed new suppliers are asked to provide a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) statement or policy outlining their approach to sustainability and progress on reducing their impact and/or contributing to the community
